British 10k London Run 2008 · 6 July 2008 ·

Beat is the UK’s eating disorder charity. Our mission is to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders. These serious mental illnesses ruin and, too often, take lives. Our Helpline is available online or by phone for anyone suffering, as well as their family and friends.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

I am running in the British 10k London Run on July 6th to raise money for b-eat - a charity that provides support and help for people affected by eating disorders.  Last year my sister passed away as a result of anorexia.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: beat gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

Whilst 10kms is not exactly a marathon, I'm sure I'll find it tricky enough!!  So any donations however small or big will be very welcome.

Very many thanks

Rupert
