Story

As Chairman at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and Trustee of our charity, I wanted to help to raise money for our Birth & Babies Appeal.

I am planning on walking 3 marathons in 3 days from Shoeberryness to Watford in August.

The Birth & Babies Appeal aims to raise £200,000 to make Warwick Hospital's new midwifery led birthing centre the best that it can be, I hope to raise £1000 towards this important appeal.

Any money that you are able to give will help me to get through this difficult challenge and will make such a difference to the new birthing centre.

If I manage to raise £1000, this will enable us to buy the following for one of the birthing rooms:
- TENs machine for pain relief (£30)
- A baby crib with stand (£400)
- A cooling fan (£350)
- Table and floor lamps (£220)

Thank you for your support.

About the charity

The South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust Charitable fund is a well-established fund which helps to finance some services, equipment and enhancements that would not normally be expected in an NHS hospital. We are grateful to our fundraisers and supporters for their donations.
