The 8-day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu Lost Inca city, is extremely mentally and physically challenging, and will require a lot of training leading up
to the expedition.

I have been doing plenty of running in the past year to get fit for this expedition, including to and from work at QVC, 6.8 miles each way!

It is a 40-km hike, with 3 high passes to be crossed,
one of which reaches an elevation of 4200m (13776 ft) !!!!!!!!!
