Job done!  I beat my 2007 personal best with a time of 4hrs 33mins 12 secs. The last 6 miles were tough but I am pleased with my time given it was warm again!

As many of you will remember I did my first London Marathon in 2007 raising as much money as I could for Leukaemia Research in memory of my wife Moira who died of Leukaemia in 2006.

This year I am participating in the London Marathon again, this time to raise money in celebration of my father John Smith's successful treatment and recovery from Lymphoma in 2008.
