Story
Monday, 19th April (week before the big M)
So far I have put all my energy and skills into fundraising through events: dinners, cake baking, card making, people auction.. All were very successful and have helped me tremendously to raise over £1,000.
I did manage to squeeze in some training too: couple of long runs, uphill training, interval training... I have also tried to eat healthily and stop drinking alcohol, but failed miserably on both accounts, so with one week to go I am going to try harder and hopefully wing it on the day! My secret weapon is currently Red Bull; strange choice – but it works (tested!)
I would be very grateful for any additional donations on my site from anyone who knows me and wants to support my cause. And I would absolutely love to see you amongst the supporters on the day! Watch out for my helium balloon (if I don’t lose it)!
