Yes we have been back in training, and I have managed to get myself down to 15 and a half stone. Andy Neri is in training for his Paris - Dakar effort, and he has asked myself and Adam if we can accompany him on his attempt to cycle the full stretch of the Leeds Liverpool canal in two days (7th-8th Nov).
I thought it would be a good idea if we could raise a little something for charity along the way (Candlelighters childrens cancer support).
