Ironman distance triathlons require a massive amount of training and dedication to complete - could you: Swim 2.4 miles - Cycle 112 miles - Run 26.2 miles as a continous race?  Well the good news is that you dont have to as i'm daft enough to try, so all you have to do is please sponsor me!!  As a well known supermarket quite rightly says 'Every Little Helps' anything you can give will make a difference to people suffering from breast cancer - one of my best mates is going through chemo / radio theropy at the moment and she is the reason I chose this charity she has never once whinged and if she can go through this with a smile on her face then i can complete this challenge hopefully with a smile on my face - you have the easy job of giving whatever you can with a smile on your face knowing what you are helping all breast cancer sufferers all over the country.  Thank you.
