Story
Now, mainly because noone could find anything more idiotic and life threatening for me to do, I shall be once again throwing myself 14,000ft out of a plane to commemorate the life of my best mate and pillar of the universe Colin Ravey, who tragically passed away on February 2nd 2008.
On Sunday 31st January, I shall be donning an exceptionally unflattering jumpsuit, strapping myself to a large man, and then falling at speeds of 140mph in temperatures of (judging by last years experience) of -20c.
I am raising money for the quite frankly startling ace people of Willow Wood Hospice, who took care of Colin in his final days. The Hospice provides sterling paliative care for the people of Tameside and Glossop, and are always in need of support.
So, despite being in a recession, dig deep chaps, and I shall throw in an extra £50 if I manage not to land 2 miles off course and have to be rescued by a troupe of Scottish ramblers.
