Story
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Nick Beal has been a huge influence to me and others during his life.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Even during his illness he continued to inspire through his courage, positivity and determination.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>Despite being diagnosed with terminal cancer he wanted to take part in the Cumbrian Run again.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>He didn’t fulfil this goal.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="font-family: Calibri;"><span style="font-size: small;">A group of Nick’s friends and family are entering the Cumbrian Run this year on 2</span><sup><span style="font-size: x-small;">nd</span></sup><span style="font-size: small;"> October 2011 and running in his name.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>We want to show tribute to him by fulfilling his ambition.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">Hospice at Home helped us during the last year of Nick’s life.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>They provided counselling, complementary therapies and gave emotional support that made things slightly more bearable.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>As a thank you I would like to try and raise some money for this charity.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The charity does tons of other invaluable work for people within our local community who have cancer.</span></p>
