<p><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">I believe that with the right help, motivation and support, we can all make positive changes.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">My weight loss is really down to these factors as well as saying ‘NO’ and over the last few months, I have been trying my best to learn how to run and not give up when I keep coming last. This is not an exaggeration.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">In my work as a Speech & Language Therapist, I have seen the positive impact that Headway is able to give to service users and their families and that they too are offering expert help, motivation and support.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: small;"> </span><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">So, when I was asked to assist them in some much needed fund raising by running 13.1 miles, (don’t forget the 0.1 mile) I thought why not, it will push me into improving my running and also help Headway. </span></p>
