We will be running the St. Albans Half Marathon on June 14th 2009. This is our first half marathon, so our goal is to finish on our feet without passing out.

We are running for HARC - the Hertfordshire branch of the National Autistic Society. We have chosen this charity because of the excellent work it does for people with Autism, and it is a cause that is especially close to Ruth's heart.

If you see us on the day give us a shout or throw wine gums at us (or champagne for afterwards).

And thank you to all the wolf-whistlers and horn honkers of St Albans for their unfailing support throughout our training programme.
