On 27th September I'm running a 10K in Anstruther, Scotland. I know 10k maybe isn't very far but it's my first proper race and the longest distance I've ever tried to run! Ally will keep me company on the run and stop me from coming last! (As long as I get round in under 75 minutes).
I'm doing it in support of Barts & the London Hospital, which cared for Graham throughout his treatment. We wanted to raise some money to help improve patients' experiences of the ward.
