Myself and 13 middle aged over weight men will be taking part in the London to Brighton Off-Road Bike Ride, it is a 75 mile challenge that will help us keep fit (Hopefully) and help raise money for a great cause. 

As a team we have a target of £6000 we want to smash so any donation is gratefully received, however big or small.
