May 2007, Ryan Lee aged 23 was killed in a tragic car accident as he drove home from work along the M69 motorway. The Air Ambulance crew were able to get Ryan to hospital, but he later passed away with his parents by his side.

Since then family, friends and colleagues have organised events including golf tournaments, fishing compititions, sky dive and a 10Km run to raise money for the Air Ambulance charity.

Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance (WNAA) is a registered charity and solely relies on public donations, fundraising activities and sponsorship in order to provide a life saving service. The average cost per call out is around £1000.00 and the annual basis running cost is over £1.5 million.
