After 2 years of Covid hit cancellations we have a new date for the 9th June 2022. 

I’m taking part in Football to Amsterdam. Not content with the 2 day, 145 mile challenge we have decided to add an extra leg onto our journey. We are cycling from Nottingham Forest’s famous City Ground and the home of the greatest football team in the land. This will take us over the 200 mile mark in 3 days! 

We’ll be putting football rivalries aside and meeting up with the team from Derby County on the first day to tackle prostate cancer once and for all. Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. It’s a disease which kills one man every 45 minutes – that’s two men during a football match. But Prostate Cancer UK know that we can turn it around. 

I have never attempted anything like this before and road cycling was completely new to me when we first signed up for this ride.
