CANCER. 

Most people will know someone directly or indirectly who has had their lives turned upside down by Cancer. It's a sad fact. This is the reason why I chose to support Cancer Research UK.

On 19th August 2014 I have chosen to take The National 3 Peaks Challenge, first and foremost as a personal challenge. The Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland,  within 24 hours.

Doing the maths really brings it home. 27 miles of walking up and down the three highest peaks on the UK mainland all within 24 hours, including the 11 hours of driving! That leaves 13 hours to get up and down 3 mountains!!! 

Please spare the cost of a sandwich or a drink in the pub. It won't be much to you, but will make a big difference to Cancer Research UK.
