I love a good party! I have fond memories of my 18th birthday spent at Cinderella Rockerfellers in Lincoln with close friends, my fabulous 21st birthday party with family and friends and my 40th birthday party – ‘Totally Tasteless’ fancy dress at Monda Castle in Spain with family and friends…..Now…all too soon I find myself with only days to go before my 50’s!  Yikes – how time flies when you are having fun…….

After much soul searching about how I wanted to mark this milestone I have decided to celebrate my good health – I am indeed a lucky lady to have reached the grand age of 50 and be fighting fit.  I have signed up to take part in a 400km cycle challenge on the island of Cuba for 5 days in October 2013.  So there is no need to book flights, buy new outfits, eat rich and delicious food in an expensive restaurant, drink copious amounts of expensive alcohol ,or buy me a wildly extravagant presents……no none of this….but perhaps you could sponsor me???!!!
