Sponsor Lee, Mel and Nick as they battle in their first (and probably only) ever triathlon on Sunday 22 June in Saffron Walden, that's a 750m swim, a 25k bike ride followed by a 5k run.

Although the triathlon started out as a personal challenge, Lee, Mel and Nick have decided to use the event to raise money for Essex-based charity Accuro Care Services who do a great job on a tight budget.
