This month we are supporting Sailability (Bristol), a charity suggested by Marc Hamilton in the Bristol office.  Marc has sent us some information on Sailability:

"I was first made aware of Sailability through an ex-colleague and very close friend when we were training for the Bath Half Marathon. I was struggling to pick a charity to run for but was certain that I wanted the proceeds to go to a local cause. He mentioned that he was running for Sailability on behalf of his sister (Blaire) who currently benefits from the organisation. I will tell you a little story about Blaire followed by some information about this months charity."
