Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page :)

Okay, well university seems to have made me a bit crazy! So, my friends and I have decided to sign up to do a tandem skydive for charity, as part of a scheme called 'The Great Warwick Jump 2011.'

So, a little bit about the jump itself:

- Takes place on the 12th March 2011

- Involves jumping out of an aeroplane at 12,500ft! (With an instructor!)

- Free-fall for between 45 seconds - 1 minute.

- After this period, the parachute will open and it will take around another 5 minutes to land to the ground (hopefully all in one piece!)

Check out this video from last year's Warwick jump

The money raised through sponsorship will go to a charity called READ international. It is an extremely worthwhile cause, as the charity collects books to send to schools in places such as Tanzania and Uganda, which will help with many children's education. For more information about the charity please look at their website: http://www.readinternational.org.uk/

I hope that this seems crazy enough to encourage you to sponsor me! It is an extremely worthwhile charity and hopefully will be a really great experience. So please do try and contribute anything you can to this great cause!!

Thank you all in advance :)
