Thanks for visiting my fundraising page 
Tomorrow Sally Fearsome Legs Frankish is leading a small but gorgeous team of intrepid 'athletes' in an attempt to cycle the 146 miles from Workington to Tynemouth over 3 days. For reasons I can't begin to understand (I hate cycling) I decided to sign up. Morag, as a Cumbria Wildlife Trust employee, was given no choice in the matter (not really!) and Christine apparently really really wanted to be on the team......
As an incentive to get on the saddle and go the distance I am cycling for 2 local charities: Cumbria Wildlife Trust and also for Let Go a domestic violence charity in Cumbria (offline donations by cheque only) in memory of my friend who was murdered by her partner in October 2007.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Cumbria Wildlife Trust Ltd gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
We have set a fundraising target of £1460 as this works out at £10 per mile.......So please sponsor me on line via Just Giving or send me a cheque to my home address made out to Impact Housing who manage the Cumbria Let Go Project.
