The Ridge Walk · 24 April 2010 ·

Sense is here to support disabled people from the first weeks of life through all the major milestones of adulthood. Over 70 years, we’ve built extensive knowledge and expertise in supporting disabled people with complex needs, including deafblind people.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - we will raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

The team from sales-i are walking the ridge way for charity. 52 miles to be covered in 24 hours though we would like to do it in 18 if possible; no real stops apart from nature calling and a bit of food.

Here is a link to the website that tells you all about the 52 mile RIDGE WALK.

We start at 8am Saturday the 24th April and hope to finish it in the early hours on Sunday morning as Paul and Tim have another event in the afternoon!  The team will also have a support crew to get them through the event, we are currently practising with team walks. Our main concern is our feet !!
