I have always wanted to do a triathlon.  Now the date approaches I am not sure why the idea  of swimming 750m in a muddy lake with 100's of people ever seemed like a good one.  Then to jump on my bike to cycle 20k and run another 5k after that just has to be worth some sort of donation to Francis House.  They rely on our sponsorship to provide a wonderful service to terminally ill children.
