In Loving Memory of my dear friend Lara Marsh who died of motor neurones disease in August 2012, aged 37. Lara, partner to Jona and mother to Cala and Nancy was the most passionate and principled of women. Her love of family and friendship, her humour and joy and commitment to people and the planet inpsired all who knew her.

I am running the Manchester 10k to raise money for Winstons Wish, which provides support and services to bereaved children and their families in the UK. Winstons Wish provided advice and guidance to Lara and her wonderful family during their hardest times.
