On March 9th 2014 I am taking part in the Cape Argus Cycle Race 109kms/68miles which has to be completed in 7 hours or less! There are 5 cut off points and if I do not make it to a cut off point at the specified time, my bike and I will be removed from the course!!

The Geography around Cape Town is particularly challenging and very little of the course in my opinion is on the flat! Coupled with the fact that the temp could be 35 Degrees or more! It will be a severe test for me as I have never really ridden a racing bike!! (did 65kms two weeks ago and could hardly walk afterwards!)

Please support my efforts and help me to raise some money for Dreamflight. Just a little can make a huge difference and can really help change these childrens lives. Quote "Dreamflight does something that medicine can't".
