As many of you know I fall off my bicycle with alarming regularity. Torn muscles, chipped bones and bruises in unmentionable places are testament to this fact.
Having cycled six miles at three in the morning for the last few years to watch the sunrise with the hippies at Avebury (falls and collisions: six) I have decided to extend my distance to 45 miles and join in the magnificent Spoon Summer Solstice Bike Ride.
