After being spurred on by doing the 5K last year I decided to try and do a 10K.  I have been training since the beginning of the year, and think I have a bit more style now but still very slow.  I can currently (in June) manage 6K in the gym without stopping so hope by Sept I'll be ready to go.

Proceeds from this page are going to the cancer centre that I work for.  It is a small, independent charity that takes about £600 a day to keep running.
