My personal message:

Salts's page of pain!!

Welcome to my page of pain as I like to call it as now that you're sponsoring me I have to go through with it and actually run the Marathon!!  With a bit of luck I'll avoid the wall jumping out and hitting me at the 20 mile marker and make it round in under 4.5 hours (a perfectly resonable target my friend of 4 marathons experience told me).  This is my first, but hopefully not last marathon.

Please, please, please dig deep and plegde some money for the Taverners Charity as they do amazing work in giving special needs children the opportunity to partake in sports activities by supplying transport and  in building sports facilties all over the country for the children to use.  It is a very worthy cause and the more of you pledge the more I'll look forward to running it!  Plus you'll get to see photos of me in Lycra!!!

Thanks for your support!

Chris!
