Story

Hey its Simon and Sam

We're tandeming the generic Land’s End to John O’Groats route but with a difference: we’ll be making 3 detours en route to climb Mt. Snowdon, Scafell Pike and Ben Nevis respectively. We will also be carrying our own tent and cooking equipment to be fully self-sufficient.

At 17 and 16 we are both currently in lower 6th at Appleby Grammar School having just undergone AS levels. This adventure will be in aid of the Kitaa Hope Home charity that works in Tanzania - running an orphanage for kids who have lost their parents through HIV, providing them a home most of us take for granted, and Eden Valley Hospice - a local charity helping those terminally ill that we hold closest.

Arragons are kindly providing us with a tandem, and loads of local businesses are showing their support and we’d be grateful for any donations you can give us. If you have any enquiries feel free to contact either Simon or Sam at si93@hotmail.co.uk
