We support young people and adults with mental health issues in Manchester. We're an independent, self-financed charity offering services to those most in need. We promote positive attitudes to mental health to challenge stigma, increase awareness and work for better mental health for all.

Story

My good friend Neil Weslh and I are cycling unsupported from Dijon to Burnley. This is an 800 mile journey which hopes to raise funds for two charities which have significant meaning for us. Neil and I are supporting Mind, the mental health charity. Far too many people suffer in silence with mental health and we know first hand how difficult this can be for people without the proper support and information. Qe are also supporting Roadpeace. They have helped support my family after the tragic death of David Bailey, my brother in law, in a road traffic accident earlier this year.  This is going to be a tough week in the saddle so please help make it worthwhile by donating whatever you can.
