It is with deepest regret that we announce the death of Samantha Emma Ryan. Sam passed away in the afternoon of Tuesday 28 June 2011 at the young age of 32. An inspiring, brave, strong, beautiful, fun loving person, taken away from us at the young age of 32 after a long battle with cancer that started when she was first diagnosed with a brain tumour just over 4 years ago. Sam was an inspiration to everyone who knew her.

 

Please donate to St. Francis Hospice that cared for Sam in her last 4 weeks of her life. Sam's wish was that anyone who wanted to express their support for her would do so by making a donation to the hospice.

St Francis Hospice offers total care for patients and families living with terminal illness.

The hospice costs £3million each year to keep 12 beds open. The NHS funds 16% of these costs.

On behalf of the Hospice, we thank you for your generosity.
