Dear friends and fellow citizens of the free world etc,

 

To celebrate the Olympian dream I shall be competing in this year’s London marathon.

 

I am raising money for the Scientific Exploration Society (SES), a registered charity (no. 267410) that works in many parts of the world to assist young people help those less fortunate than themselves.

The monies raised will be used in the SES Community Aid Programme to support clean water supply, educational projects, medical and health care.

The race is set for 21st April 2013 and will take place roughly along the Olympic course. Any support along the route will of course be greatly appreciated.
