Well, it’s been a while since my last charity cycle from John O’Groats to Lands End that was completed in 10 and a half days back in 2003. So… Myself & an old school chum of mine Oli Pitts are taking on a fund raising 800-mile bicycle ride from Ben Nevis to Devon, whilst climbing Scotland’s, England’s and Wales’ 3 highest mountains on the way!!! Oh yes...

Now why are we doing this I hear you say? Well, apart from being completely bonkers, we're actually thoroughly nice blokes and thought it would be a great way of raising some money for some great causes. The funds raised will be distributed evenly between the RNLI & DEMAND (Design & Manufacture For Disability) charities. I worked for DEMAND when he was on University placement and was really touched by the amazing work that went on. DEMAND aims to help all disabled people, no matter what their circumstances or ability to pay. DEMAND is an independent charity that supplies as many disabled people as possible with one-off pieces of equipment where no off the shelf solution exists. We do not charge our clients for our services.
