Hiya !!!

Here we go again , not content with just one challenge Sam and Ramon are doing TWO this year.....

1) Lands End to John O'Groats........1000 miles in just 10 days at the end of September, then

2) 500 miles off road in Cuba in November

Now please dig deep - think of the challenges, the benefit to the Openwork Foundation children charities we're supporting and the thought that you only have to sponsor us and not have to cycle 1500 miles !!!!
