I am  running the bupa grate north run because  my mum Caroline  has terminal cancer she been fight this illness for two years she had 2 rounds of intense radiotherapy and a course of chemotherapy, the cancer have moved from the lung to the lymph nodes it cannot be cured as the lymph nodes are behind the trachea ( “windpipe”) and surgery is out and she also had 6 mini strokes and she goes to Maggie cancer support and emotional support as well look good feel good session Maggie’s offers free emotional, practical and social support to people with cancer and their families and friends.Maggie’s is there for people at any stage of any type of cancer and no appointments are necessary.  maggie’s Centers are in the grounds of specialist cancer hospital
