British 10k London Run 2008

I didn't ask you for sponsorship for throwing myself off a very tall building, so now is your chance to do so for something else...
Running 10k is a lot more scary than abseiling, for someone as unfit as me, so please support me by donating your cash. I need a lot of motivation!
