Hi Guys

I'm swimming the channel in my local pool over 12 weeks - that's 22 miles or 1,417 lengths!

I'm doing this to raise money for Aspire - a charity that works with people with spinal injuries.

Also, I need to get fit and I really want to improve my swimming!
