We Distribute food baskets and hot lunches to break the cycle of poverty in Israel.

Story

Dear friends and family,

With 1 in 4 children living below the poverty line in Israel, Chanukah is the perfect time for you to make a difference. Thousands of children at-risk suffer from hunger, poor hygiene and low scholastic attainment as a result. Now with winter making its way around Israel, these children are likely to suffer from the cold and damp.

With your help, I am hoping to reach £5,000 from online donations to sponsor 1,000 children to attend special enrichment programmes run throughout the country by Yad Ezra V'Shulamit, providing food, assistance with school work, basic necessities such as winter clothing and hygiene facilities, and the care and attention that every child needs to break out of the cycle of poverty.

So please, direct your charity towards Yad Ezra V'Shulamit this Chanukah, and light up a poor child's life.

THANK YOU!

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Yad Ezra V'Shulamit gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
