They are unable to get a good education or job and have to resort to begging to survive. By building a garden for the disabled group in rural Gambia, we will give people with disabilities there the chance to feed themselves, learn new skills, gain an income and prove to the community that disability does not mean inability.</span></strong></p>

One year and no exercise later, I'm going to try and do it in The Gambia where it's about 40 degrees and 80% humidity!
