Story

Hello,

I have decided to climb the highest free standing mountain in the world, Mount Kilimanjaro!! This is in aid of the charity Engineers Against Poverty (EAP), but It should also be a fantastic experience, as I do like a bit of an adventure.

I'm going with a group of 14 others, all of us aiming to raise £1500 towards the EAP goal of working with industry, government and civil society to fight poverty and promote sustainable development. They're a charity that work a lot with Engineers Without Borders and RedR, find out more by going to www.engineersagainstpoverty.org

I want to stress that I shall be paying the travel costs, so all the money raised here will go to EAP..! The trek takes place in December, but I have to raise 80% of the funds by September 10th.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: EAP will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you. So please sponsor me!

Thanks very much for your support,

Sammy B
