I am running the Cardiff Half Marathon on October the 14th as a member of Bens Cardiff All Star`s Team. We are raising money for Meningitis UK as we lost our beautiful friend, sister and daughter to Meningococal Meningitis in January 2012. Katie was a wonderful and talented young lady and is greatly missed by everyone who knew her! Katie and I met through our passion for horses and as a result spent many hours out riding together, meeting up for food and drinks with our other horsey friends and dressing up for my parties!

I hope that the money raised can help find a vaccine, so other families dont have to go through losing someone as beautiful and fun loving as Katie xxx
