Yes I am yet again running the London Marathon................But this year I am determined to finish in uder 5hrs and well ahead of Scooby Doo, Running Bananas, Gorilla's and of course the Deep Sea Diver!!!

Whether you have seen me stretching on the doorstep of Pall Mall Office after a morning run or had the misfortune to share a lift with me to the 3rd floor before I have had a chance to shower and get ready for work! or whether you have spent the past few months listening to me talking of training programmes, pace times or GPS watches -  all this preparation is for the big race itself and ultimately to help raise money for this important charity.
