WEAR IT PINK WEEK – Monday 1 to Friday 15 October Wear something Pink in class & another opportunity for you to make a donation!PINK AEROBICS - Saturday 16 October 11.00am - 1.00pm in Dallam School Sports Centre 100 minutes of exciting exercise for you, your friends and family to join in.
Last year we raised the fantastic amount of more than £1,000 for Breast Cancer Campaign! Please help us do even better this year by coming along to join in and support Pink Aerobics providing you with the perfect reason to pull on your trainers, dress in something pink, or go as silly as you like as this year there’s a prize for the most outrageous PINK outfit!
The class will include great Sam-ba Sensation, Pop Party & Bollywood Shake routines, as well as post exercise stretches and is suitable for men and women of all ages and abilities.
Entry fee: £5 (£2.50 Children age 5+) or free with at least £15.00 sponsorship!
Time: Registration from 10.30am, Aerobathon 11.00 – 12.45pm, raffle and refreshments afterwards. Parental supervision & permission required for under 16’s
Each entrant gets 100 minutes of fun-packed fantastic multi-level aerobics; pink refreshments and a FREE goodie bag!
