On the 4th of October, I will be running the 5K race in Hampstead Heath in support of Whittington Hospital.  This is a charity event helping to raise funds for the elderly care wards at the hospital.  If you could sponsor me for this event by making a donation to the hospital, I would be much grateful.  Just think of me dashing through (dragging?) the hills of Hampstead Heath!
