My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. Unfortunately I suffered a fracture to my heel bone during training and was unable to take part in the London Marathon on April 22nd 2012. However, St. Elizabeth's have been extremly supportive and have offered me a place in the 2013 London Marathon. All the money raised to date has been a great boast for me and I will be continuing to raise funds for St. Elizabeth's over the coming year- so please support me. A Braughing Fun Run is planned for 20th May, check out the Jenyns School web site for more information. A big thank you to all of you who have sponsored me so far. I decided to run for St. Elizabeth's, a local charity in Much Hadham, after I learnt of all the fantastic work they do to support children and adults with severe epilepsy and other complex needs. As a teacher I have a special interest in forging a link between the school I teach in and the school at St. Elizabeth's. We have already exchanged a few visits  and I hope that this is only the start of a mutually beneficial relationship.
