About my charity : Help the Aged Help the Aged
Help the Aged is an international charity dedicated to creating a world where older people can live their lives free from poverty, isolation and neglect. It raises public awareness, campaigns for changes in policy, and provides practical support to help disadvantaged older people lead independent lives. Help the Aged believes that older people should not be sidelined by society, but should be able to live with dignity as valued, respected and involved members of their communities.

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online. Dont be afraid to put on a small amount (50p) be assured that every penny is appreciated.

For the last three years I have worked really hard to obtain a nursing diploma, which has been my dream for the past 35 years since leaving school. While doing my nurse training I witnessed evidence of poverty, neglect and abuse within the older population, therefore this is my reason for wanting to help now.
