Story
Feb 2011 - Operation OXYGEN is over.
Over the Christmas period I managed to raise 7,250 GBP (USD 11,600) for oxygen concentrators for the Children's Hospital both through this page and my church back home. 7 oxygen concentrators arrived last week, and four more are due to arrive soon. Amazing! Thank you so much to everyone who gave.
Any donations coming in through this page will still go to the Welbodi Partnership and be used where the need is greatest - with the aim to improve paediatric care in Sierra Leone.

Dec 2010 - Christmas is near. For many people Christmas is a time to give. Last year I raised money for a water well, this year it is for oxygen concentrators. Due to a shortage of oxygen concentrators in the Children's Hospital in Sierra Leone, children are having to share 5 liters of oxygen. As you can see in the picture, the oxygen is split using tubing and connection pieces. Obviously this is not good enough and needs to change. Your donations will go directly towards the purchase and transport oxygen concentrators. Please consider helping with this cause so that children in Sierra Leone will receive the care they desperately need.
