What is Dreamflight?
Dreamflight is a UK registered charity whose purpose is to send seriously ill and disabled children on their 'holiday of a lifetime' to Florida. Every year Dreamflight sends a British Airways 747 aircraft with 192 children (without their parents) and their adult escorts to Florida. As you can imagine, the costs are enormous and always rising. All of the medical team and escorts volunteer their time but this year the trip will still cost in excess of £600,000 or £3,000 per child. I am fortunate enough to be going on the trip as an escort this year and wish to raise money towards the trip. My target is £6000 which will cover all costs for 2 children to go on the trip. 

My sister Sonia and I are also undertaking the 5km race for life in September to raise money.

Dreamflight believes it's important to bring some fun and joy into the lives of children whose illnesses have brought them pain, distress & disruption and give them an unforgettable holiday.
