<p>We're running the British 10K, (that's 6.2 of your imperial miles), London Run which starts at Hyde Park on Sunday, 10th July 2011.</p>
<p>We've chosen to run for Anthony Nolan who are the official charity for the run and who are hoping to field their largest team of runners ever! We're sure that you've heard of Anthony Nolan and the fabulous work that they do recruiting and maintaining people on the bone marrow registry so that they can potentially save the lives of those people requiring a bone marrow transplant. <p>Anthony Nolan have asked all of their runners to try and raise £100 each. £100 covers the cost of recruiting, tissue typing and maintaining each potential new donor on the register. Anthony Nolan has 1,400 runners in the London Run which means that if we achieve our individual goals, that they will raise £140,000 enough to add another 1,400 potential donors to the register!</p>
<p>We know that asking people to sponsor us is a big ask in these financially difficult times but if all of our friends and loved ones were able to sponsor us a pound or two, we'd reach our target in no time!</p>
