You may have already sponsored Anthony for his 100K challenge recently....so my 5K might seem a little, well...little? So i'm changing my strategy and asking you to focus on another reason why you should sponsor me.

My chosen charity.

Please take a sec to read about Afganaid and what they do to support communities. They work alongside poor and marginalised Afghans to increase their chances and capabilities to enjoy sustainable and fair economic and social development.

So, please help me raise a healthy amount of money to at least cover the cost of the t-shirt they generously gave me to train and run in on the day, the moment I created this fundraising page.

I might update my page with a picture of me at later date but... at the moment I can only find pictures of me out drinking rather than looking in any way sporty! note to self - get training.
